Is there a way to report comments of requirements in Jazz Report Builder?

Hi,

I would like to create an overview (table) where I can see all comments which are given to a set of requirements (possibility of one or more comments attached to one requirement) with the Jazz Report Builder.

I searched the forums of having a SQL query which would allow me to get the comment content of requirements, but I not able to find such a query.

Or can someone give me the database/table where the comment content is given?
