RQM Test Scripts appearing as duplicate with same ID

In CLM 6.0.3 when we list all Test Scripts then filter by a specific test script ID we then see 2 rows which appear to be duplicate with identical details.

However, if we use the check box in the first column and select it, the 2nd record is also highlighed, But the Action Menu from within Column 2 is only available from the 2nd record not the first.

But if we select the check box of the 2nd record only it is highlighted not the first.

There are a selection of records in this situation and they all date from the same date and time back in 2016 which we think coincided with a CLM version upgrade.

Has anyone seen this previously?

We have not yet run the repotools verify as an outage is needed but this is in plan. Could it be that the text indicies have been corrupted?
