IBM Classic DOORS 9.6.1.7 , licenses are not getting released from user, when users log out from the application

 Hello Team,

We are using Classic DOORS 9.6.1.7 in our environment and we have floating licenses for DOORS.

The problem which we are facing is, licenses are not getting released from user, when users log out from the application. It shows license is still occupied by user though user has logged out.

If floating license reach to exact count then we have to Taskkill lmgr.exe /f form license server.

Need solution. How we can released license from user, when user is ideal for more than 2 hr.
