You haven't mentioned if you are trying to install the DOORS or DOORS Next Generation product. With your purchase, your Passport Advantage account allows you to access both DOORS and DOORS NG. (More info about DOORS NG is found here https://jazz.net/products/rational-doors/). The actual license key for DOORS NG is different from DOORS, so you need to get the DOORS NG license key from the Rational License Key Center (LKC) - see the technote "How to generate Rational DOORS Next Generation license keys from License Key Center website" - http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21621746 and the instructions in the Jazz Keys ZIP file downloaded from License Key Center.
