I Have the Precondition E-Signature Required for Test Plan Formal Review. I set Approval tracking for the Test Plan workflow like this: Approval Groups Workflow State Approval State Workflow Action Target Workflow State Actions Under Review Approved Approve Approved Approved Approved Approved - Test Executions Approved - Test Executions The e-signing prompts and the transitions after set to approval and saving works fine but;  When I look in the Associated Electronic Signatures section it's empty. the History section shows the electronic signing occurred. Am I missing something?
