Subscribers are not getting email.

We just installed RTC 3.0.1.  Somehow whenever a workitem is updated the subscribers are not getting email updates.  Any ideas why this is not working ?

Email is working when we invite new members to the project.

Ok, looking at the jazz source here, this looks like an error I saw long time ago..
the email service is not setup properly..  for me it was the userid or password.

Thanks Sam.  We did check our email settings and everything seems to be fine.  We don't normally use the SMTP Username and SMTP Password.
