How do I increase the timeout for a JRS report with an LQE data source?

Steven Melcher (6012832) | asked Feb 21 '18, 11:33 a.m.

I've got JRS 6.0.3 iFix 10 and made a report for pulling back test script step results that trace back up to a specific test plan.

Unfortunately, I can't run the report without getting the following error: CRRGW5503E An unexpected response was received from the data source: HTTP/1.1 408 Request Timeout

Is there a way to increase the timeout, so the report can finish?

I don't have an available LQE to check with and see if there is any property in admin would affect the timeout. But if you go to rs > app.properties, increasing query.results.lqe.timeout=30
to higher value such as 600 (seconds) may help.
