Rational Model Manager or Rational Design Manager

What is the difference between Rational Model Manager (RMM) and Rational Design Manager (RDM)?

I found only this blog: https://jazz.net/blog/index.php/2017/10/30/mbse-across-the-lifecycle-introducing-rhapsody-model-manager/

It seems that RMM is an evolution of RDM. But is it already mature? Is there a comparison between the two tools?
