Links between DOORS NG and RSA Design Manager not shown

I am creating links between artifacts in DOORS NG 5.0.2 and RSA Design Manager 5.0.2. The two project areas are linked.

After the link is created, it is only shown on one side, i.e. either for the DNG or the DM artifact, but not both. The link is usually shown on the side where the link was created, but sometimes on the other side. It is the same for all link types, except for the side the created link is shown.

Any idea, how I could get the links show on both sides?
