Verification User Logged for downlaoading IBM Instalation manager
I just signed up on your web site in order to download IBM Apliaction Manager. After completing registration process and selecting Aplication Manager for Windows, the download process is not achieved due to US regulation.

Should you mean IBM Installation Manager, you click on the link in all downloads page of the product version you are interested, select the version of the link or a newer version should you see the warning. Example link:
https://jazz.net/downloads/ibm-installation-manager/releases/1.8.8
Then a page comes up where you select the architecture to download.
The following page you only have to agree to the license terms and the download should begin.

Should you be located in a country where US export regulations ban the download of IBM products or your company or provider regulate access to the downloads, there is pretty much nothing we can do.

Since the pages are all hosted in the US, U wonder what "the download process is not achieved due to US regulation" might mean.
In any case without reasonable information this question will not be answered.
