I am installing RRDI and get the error "The install executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library"
Windows 2008 R2
WebSphere 8.5.5
DB2 9.7
Installation Manager 1.7
RRDI 2.0.4

Hi Brian,

Are you using a 64-bit version of Installation Manager?  You need to use a 32-bit IM to install RRDI 2.0.4.

I don't think this is source of your error, however, RRDI 2.0.4 does not support WebSphere 8.5.5.  RRDI 2.0.5 when it becomes available is expected to support this level of WebSphere.

The latest version of WebSphere you can use with RRDI 2.0.4 is 8.5.0.2

Thank you for this info, I was able to get WebSphere 8.5.0.2 and RRDI 2.0.4 installed.
