Edit Plan View: How to use the "Exclude Expression contributesTo:" to hide specific Work Items connected via contributesTo Link (by using the ID)?

In the Edit Plan View it is possible to use the Exclude Expression.
How to use the "Exclude Expression contributesTo:" to hide specific Work Items connected via contributesTo Link (by using the ID)?

This is not working:
Exclude - Expression - contributesTo:"209069"
(209069 is a work item id)

"Exclude Expression contributesTo:" seems to work only when set or unset is the value not the specific id or id:title as the value.
You may want to contact support to confirm if this is a defect.

I am not sure what the number behind relationship refers to. My interpretation would have been the cardinality (e.g. 3 relationships) and not a work item ID if at all. I was unable to find help or could get that working at all.
