How is a "related plan" link created in RTC?
We are using RTC 6.0.3. I found that the "related plan" link is automatically created for some of my development plans and you cannot manually create this link type. I understand "tracks plan" and "contributes to plan", but what is "related plan" and what criteria make the plans related? |
