Cannot extract Requirements from DNG 5.02

 Hi,

I'm trying to upload a word document and DNG is stuck on the 4th step (Extract Requirements) - it shows 0% completion and doesn't progress.
Any idea?

In such case you usually need to contact IBM Support and provide the Word document for investigation.
