Setting up ELM using distributed Liberty Profiles & IHS

Hello,

I have setup distributed liberty profile for 6.0.x along with Reverse Proxy in the past. Can someone point me to the link? IHS & JTS on one box / server and all the CCM & RM on a separate box /server and bot using Liberty profile.
