do I need additional licence for DCC ?

We are running IBM CLM 6.0.2 with licences to RTC, QM and RM. 

Now data warehouse no longer works without DCC. If I install DCC, do I need an additional licence ?

No you don't. DCC should use internal licenses only, such as "CCM Data Collector", "QM Data Collector" and "RM Data Collector".
