DOORS 9.6.1.7 is getting hanged when we try to import spreadsheet in it.

 DOORS  9.6.1.7 is getting hanged when we try to import spreadsheet in that.

It keeps processing for some time and then it hangs.
I got to know that its a known defect in DOORS 9.6.1.7 but not able to find proper documentation on that.
Can somebody please help me with that?
