Is anyone using RTC source control in an interop environment on WINDOWS and UNIX/Linux using samba or any interop tool ?

Would be interesting hear your user experiences on developers accessing the same workspace respositary workspace and associated sandbox access on WINDOWS and UNIX/Linux ? ie

WINDDOWS: B:/RTC_workspace/....

UNIX/LINUX: /home/user/RTC_workspace/...
