CLM Server Monitoring

I am having an issue with CSM (mainly) while creating a custom work item template. Time for creating this template is about 2 min with CSM disabled, but when enabling CSM that delay goes up to about 40 min.

Has anyone had such a problem with this tool? I have been looking for a walkaround but could not find any information related to this performance fall.

What version is that? When you say enabling/disable CSM, do you refer to the CSM Plugin
or the CSM Agent ?

Version is 6.0.0 and I am disabling both of them.

Is there, perhaps, any way to exclude work item template creation from being monitored?
I could use that as a walkaround.
