Are there APIs exposed to get the build definitions in Jazz and also the properties in build definition?

There are APIs there, but not OSLC.

I went through https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RTCAutomationOSLCPrototype . When I try the APIs I get 404 error .
