Error Retrieving Lab managment data RQM

 What causes the above error message in RQM? Has anyone found a solution to the above?Cannot use the test environments due to this error?

you'd better provide more info on the background of what you tried leading to the error as well as version, ifix level,

Hi Elizabeth, 

The error statement can happen for any issue related with data retrieval. This may happen for any of the possible causes - 
- Data repository not available.
- access is not permitted.
- trying to fetch deleted or archived items. 

Some more information about under what circumstances this error was caused along with RQM version and your RQM setup topology ( What db were used? Are DB and server both on the same machine or it is distributed topology? etc. ) can be helpful to answer this question better.
