Is it possible to create a new project area dashboard?

I would like to know if it is possible in RTC to create a new dashboard and make it editable by anyone in the project area.
As far as I understand, there are personal dashboards (which you can share with others). But only the owner can edit it.

Hi Paula,
By default all project areas have a project area dashboard that is visible by anyone on the team.  When you open your project area in the web client, you are automatically taken to the project area dashboard.  You can configure who has permission to modify the project dashboard by updating the permissions for the various roles.
