restoring problem, unable to restore working set state rtc issue

Hello Team,
I am getting "restoring problem, unable to restore working set state" (also please refer screenshot attached while i am trying re-open rtc in VDI machine
Any idea when this error message comes, and how to resolve this without losing our outgoing/unresolved changes

 A working set is a collection of Eclipse projects. Check the Error log. What does it say?

Click OK and see what you get. In general I would not consider this a critical issue. If in doubt open a case with support.

RTC specific, for each component loaded from a repository workspace is created.
