Error adding member to CLM PA following rollback of CLM upgrade

Our upgrade of CLM 6.0.1 to 6.0.4 failed during the RM tables update and we needed to rollback. Our rollback was to recover the DB2 DB back and to restore the WAS profiles.
Now that we are testing the rolled back environment prior to a fresh upgrade we are hitting an error adding members to a PA.

RJCA0144E you may not perform this action becasue you are not a project administrator or member of jazzadmins or an authentication error has occurred.

The userid logged on as shows as being a member of Jazzadmin and has a Licence when checked via the "view my profile and licences"
