New JTS/DOORS NG release - is there a diff between RC3 and GA?

We're doing some evals using the RC3 release and have been having issues testing data migrations from DOORS to DNG.  We have a IBM rep coming in to have a look at our issues but I'm wondering if perhaps some of our issues are resolved in the GA just released.

Can someone tell me if RC3 and GA are the same or is there additional fixes in GA?  If we need to go GA then I need to get media, eval licenses and setup the env to see if that resolves our issue.
