Hello,
.
Can anyone please tell me what this error referring to and a way to resolve it?

CRRGW6003E An java.lang.NullPointerException error occurred when adding or updating a report definition. Ask your system administrator to check the Jazz Reporting Service log file for more details. 6:58:31 AM

Hi Yorai,


Your title says Rational Publishing Engine but error is pointing to Jazz Reporting Service. Are you using RPE with the JRS exported template or something else?

I would like to use JRS but I need to fix this error first

The version we are running is
6.0.1 iFix008

Hi Yorai,

There are multiple problems reported with error code CRRGW6003E. So it is impossible to nail down the cause by just this error code. My recommendation is to go to the URL below, and search by keyword CRRGW6003E.

You will get multiple results. Verify one by one if it is applicable for your case. Otherwise, contact IBM support as Fariz advised you.
