Report Builder report keeps loading and never complete when added to a CLM dashboard, how do I fix it?

To resolve the problem you need to re register the Report Builder application (RS) and recreate the friendships:
1) For each application (RQM, RTC, RM and JTS) remove the friendship to RS
2) In JTS, registered application, remove JRS
3) In JTS, register JRS again ( https://server:port/rs/scr )
4) In each of the applications, create the friendship to JRS ( https://server:port/rs/rootservices )
5) In JTS, consumer, approve all the keys.
