The condition is that i want to remove 0 from the section attribute type when we add artifact to it. ex i have imported an artifact with some requirement and which consist's of some child requirement so when i add section attribute in it, it show's 0.1 for parent and 0-1.0-1 for child for another requirement it is 0.2 and for their child 0-2.0-1. So i want 1 for parent and and 1.1 for child and for another requirement 2 and 2.1 for child and so on. don't want 0 to come in section. 

please reply if anyone having any solution or any alternative for this.
