Hyper link does not work on RRDG generated word document

 Hi Team,


I have used RRDG to generate a report for DNG module, I choose word template. Inside generated word document, I have a hyper link that lead to an artifact in DNG, when I click (Ctrl+click) on the hyper link, the browser is opened and it lead me to the login screen, after login to ALM system, it lead to the empty page of jts/auth.

Is there any way to do this from word document?

Hi Anh,

This could be an issue with Microsoft. See if this solves the problem.
