The following is in the document at https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2013/02/28/setting-up-rational-team-concert-for-api-development/

Look for the Plain Java Client Libraries downloads. There are the libraries as well as the JavaDoc.

PlainJavaDownload

Where can I find the "Plain Java Client Libraries API documentation" for RTC 6.0.3 which allows searching and perusing the entire API?
