Have you verified that you can link a requirement in RQM using the web client?

Yes I am able to link the test case to a requirement in the RQM web client.
Can you advise what else I can check?

Corrected URL and now can access the RM server.
The requirements window shows no artifacts even though there are artifacts in the RM project area.
Do you get a prompt for password to log in to the RM project area?
I enter the user name/password and verify the authentication is correct.
Now I can see the RM project but does not show any artifacts in the import utility requirements Links window.
I see the test cases but 0 artifact found in RM artifact window.
For linking with an existing requirement, does the requirement ID in the input excel sheet need to match the RM artifact ID in DNG application?
