 Pavel,
The configuration syntax to create a Test Plan would be:

testplan.dc:title=<CELL>
For example:
testplan.dc:title=B2

If you have multiple Test Plans in your Excel document you would need to reference each Test Plan using similar notation.
I believe the packaged examples that come with the tool do include importing multiple Test Cases from one spreadsheet; you should be able to use these examples as a basis for what you are tying to do.
