I seem to still be missing tables/views from my most recent upgrade.

3 of my DCC jobs are still failing because of the missing tables: CCM WorkItems, JFS Core, and JTS. All the rest are fine.  
Seems to me I need to somehow recreate these tables.  I have re-run the dcc and rs upgrade scripts.  
Do I need to completely wipe my datawarehouse and recreate, rebuild, reindex?
