We are using RTC 6.0.3 with the SAFe 4.0 Program process template.  Our leads are attempting to modify some plan views to specify expressions on the Exclude rule.  When selecting 'Expression' for Exclude, the UI shows 'Except business safe work types' in the Exclude "type" box and displays an Expression text box.  This makes it seem like it will not apply the exclusion filters to the 'business safe work types'.  Should we be able to use just the basic expression exclusion in a SAFe 4.0 project area plan?
