 I want to customize a work item editor to have a new tab that contains some key information for a specific group of users.  As the attributes I want to show already appear on other tabs this seems to prevent me from adding them to my new tab.  I can move them from the other tabs to my new tab but I really just want to duplicate the attribute presentation. Is this possible in RTC 6.0.2?

Yes thiss is possible. In the Eclpise Admin client for instance select the option to show attributes that have already an editor presentation to be able to choose the attribute again.
