RQMExcelImporter 6.0.4M5 not showing the menu item in Microsoft Excel 2013 professional Plus

Kunhong Xu (115) | asked May 01 '17, 9:53 a.m.

I installed RQMExcelImporter 6.0.4M5. I's not showing the menu item in Microsoft Excel 2013 professional Plus. It was working with Microsoft office 2013 professional.

I found that I only be able to install RQM-Extras-RQMExcelWordImporter-6.0.4M5 instead X64.

Make sure you are using Office and RQM Excel Importer with same architecture (32 Bit / 64 Bit)
This can be the only reason else you can follow below link to enable it in EXCEL.

I have a 64bit window 7 professional operating system. I have used  RQMExcelImporterX64Setup.exe to install RQM-Extra-RQMExcelWordImporter-6.0.4M5. Is that right? Again I don't have any issue before Microsoft Office is upgraded from 2013 professional to 2013 professional plus.

I currently don't have local admin rights. So I have IT install the Importer for me for everyone. Will it be an issue?
