Adobe Flex Builder 3

If the Adobe Flex Builder plug-in follows the Eclipse plug-in
guidelines, then you can just load it into your RTC client, or add the
RTC plugins to the Eclipse that has our Adobe Flex Builder plug-in, your
choice.
But the Adobe plug-in and the RTC plug-in of course need to both be
compatible with the version of Eclipse being used for the other one.

is anyone using Adobe Flex Builder 3 with RTC?
Do we add the RTC plugins to Flex or do we add the Flex plugins to
RTC?
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
