Why there is mismatch between the records in BIRT and importing BIRT report into RTC?

For example : IN BIRT Query Records its showing like below

719 Test-CR  Change Request
720  Test- CR2 Change Request

But when i import and preview the same record in RTC it shows same as BIRT opens different Workitem Type

719 Test-CR  Change Request  (Opens as defect in RTC)
720  Test- CR2 Change Request (Opens as Task in RTC)


What can be the issue?

It's hard to understand what "mismatch" is in your post. You seem to say the mismatch is between the same BIRT report running in different places (Report Designer vs RTC), but sample seems to suggest the mismatch is between the report result and the actual data. Based on what you posted, I can only conclude that you create the report in an incorrect way.

@dnong You were right there was just 1 variable issue. T1.REQUEST_ID was used instead of T1.REFRENCE_ID .

Now its resolved.
