DCC Jobs Disabled??

Greetings,
We upgraded from CLM 5.0.2 to 6.0.3, and since the upgrade, many of our Data Collection Jobs in DCC have been disabled (See Screenshot). We can't seem to find errors in the logs or a reason behind why they are disabled. Any tips? We do also have Rational Insight with a small Data Manager job we are using to populate a bit of custom data.
