need help in configuring server for trial version RTC by JazzAdmin !
1. I have installed a trial version of RTC for 60 days 6.0.3.
2. need to enable "Enable process attachment script"
3. my profile is JazzUsers
4. how to get in contact with Jazzadmin or get permission as jazzProjectAdmin for my trial version ?

How did you install the server? The term "trial version" doesn't provide much information. The security group mapping is typically done in the application server and steps can vary depending on the actual application server (and LDAP server if involved) of choice.
i need to enable this "Enable process attachment script" and i don't have sufficient permission to enable it.
