CLM Jazz API Documentation

Hi I would like to know if there is any documentation on how to consume the API of CLM, I've been working with these entry points https://myserver:9443/ccm/rootservices parsing the XML with python, but I saw there is another entry point https://myserver:9443/jts/service/com.ibm.team.repository.service.ITeamServerStatusContentService/ but I'm not sure how to work with these resources, and I haven't found a useful documentation about how to use it.
