Create Artifact not appeared in drop down menu at RDNG
Hello support,
In RDNG, When i try to select "create artifact" under Artifact drop down menu, it is not appeared. and it shows "Loading...."
However, the others create module, create collection are appeared under respective menus.
Could you please help me how to appear this under the artifact menu?

It is likely that there is some corruption in the project configuration. Please contact IBM Support.
