/rm/web results in HTTP 400 error

Andrew Clement (7271970) | asked Oct 14 '15, 5:10 a.m.
After I typed in https://clm-server:9443/rm/web, I got HTTP 400 error.
It was ok yesterday. I restarted the CLM server this morning and started getting this issue.
What could be the cause?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
One possible cause is that the database server is not running.
Make sure that database server is up and running.

If the possible cause is that the database server is not running, you will see the following in rm.log

ERROR com.ibm.team.repository                             - CRJAZ2654E The server was unable to connect to the database because the database connection settings are invalid or because database is unreachable (SQLSTATE: 08001, SQLCODE: -4499). Verify the connection settings in your teamserver.properties file. See the Jazz Team Server log for more information.
