RQM: Import Test Plan

Is importing of test plans still available in RQM version 6.x.x ?

If yes - How can I enable it? Which permission covers this action? Allowing "XML Import" doesn't enable Import Test Plans in Planning menu.

If not - Are there other possibilities to use existing test plan in other project areas?
