Special search characters for RQM filtering.

Leesen Padayachee (9962120) | asked Mar 17 '17, 4:41 a.m.

 Hi

Is there any special search characters that can be put into an RQM filter search? For eg " * " or "%". The reason for this is that, when you create a custom attriburte text field and leave that field empty, when you do a filter search of test cases, that empty field lists as "Unassigned", but you when you type "Unassigned" in the filter field it does not pick it up.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Leesen

The "unassigned" is a place holder, not a real value, so you can't search like that. Also, if the attribute is "blank" or "empty", it simply does not exist at all. So again, you cannot find it. See below post for more information.
