Can a formal review workflow state can be set to some sort of "reject" state when one of numerous approvers rejects the test plan.  The desired outcome is that the remaining approvers will no longer be able to view the review since a single rejection cancels the entire approval process.  If a rejection occurs, the  test plan owner will setup a new review.

Hi Matthew,

You can achive what you describe using the preconditions for formal review. In the Project are admin, on Configure
Preconditions & Follow-up Actions, add the precondition: Disallow Modifications to Completed Approval Groups.

When any user on the review do a reject, the entire review (approval group) will be completed, the precondition described avoids completed approval groups from suffering any modification.

Just have in mind that approval groups get completed wither when a single reviewer rejects or all the reviewers approve.

Thanks for the answer, is there a way to auto archive the rejected review (approval group)?
