RQM RFT integration. RQMAdpaterOptions.pref doesn't exist.

Hi everyone,
I m trying to integrate RQM with RFT using the adapter coming out from RFT package installation. Unfortunately RQM doesn't show me any adapter in the interface "adapter console", the only one available for.

Rummaging throughout this forum I ve found a couple of discussions about this problem and all of them say that it supposed to clean or remove some options in specific files such as <User>\Application Data\IBM\RFT\RQMAdpaterOptions.pref ..etc.
Now, I tried to install both version 8.0 and 8.1 and I don't have neither this folder nor this file. How come? where should I download RFT in order to pick up those file on my pc??

thanks in advance

Hi Andrea,
When you start the adapter from RFT, what message do you get when it tries to connect? There is a status window that will display connection status, as well as any errors that may occur, directly in the RFT adapter. That is the first place to look in order to diagnose this issue.

If RQMAdapterOptions.pref does not exist, it will be created when the adapter is started.

Regards,
John

Hi John,

It displays the time and "Reconnecting to server". It does quasi each second but any errors occur.

Thanks
Andrea
