where can i find XML format specification and example for import of records (req, test plan/case/script) in RQM?

I the samples that came with the installation - will be in your installation directory under c:\rqm\samples\classics (change c:\rqm to your installation directory root)

There are examples there of test plans, cases, requirements, scripts and execution results
