Does RTC support using mutliple different backend SCM systems within a PA?

One group in our organization has adopted using a single PA with multiple "team areas". A department type approach. Team areas equate to different apps and users within these teams differ. We are onboarding these legacy systems to use JAZZ but some teams want to continue to use their current SCM tool.

Does RTC allow the use of different  backend SCMs tools within a team within a single PA?

For example -

Team 1 using Subversion 

Team 2 using GIT

Team 3 using clearcase
