How to upgrade RTC Shell client?

Hello,

There is no guide for upgrading RTC Shell client on the Knowledge Center.
Can we use Installation Manager > Update to upgrade the Shell client? Or do we have to uninstall first, then install a new version?

I think uninstall and install a new version is the way to go

 Uninstall and then a fresh install of the new version always worked for me.
